Contractor Assistance Program

Empowering Black contractors to build operational capacity & win more bids.

About the Contractors Assistance Program (CAP)

The Contractors Assistance Program (CAP) is a FREE training and mentoring program powered by BBIF. The CAP program specializes in providing Florida-based Black and minority licensed General Contractors and Subcontractors with industry-specific business advisory services. After years of helping Black contractors scale and grow their business, we found that many were missing out on large contract opportunities due to a lack of working capital, bonding challenges, high insurance mandates, and a lack of procurement opportunities for smaller prime contracts.

To bridge the gap, we designed the CAP program to build Black contractors’ management skills, strengthen business capacity, grow revenue, increase access to affordable capital and WIN more PROJECTS.
