With over 20 years of professional business experience, Tarneisha Peters serves as BBIF’s Regional Director, West Florida. In her role, Tarneisha is responsible for developing and support the West Florida market (Tampa and surrounding MSAs) with loans and technical assistance targeting BIPOC and underserved small businesses, as well as developing new partner relationships with banks, foundations, and other non-profit organizations. Tarneisha has served in a number of business development, customer services and other business roles for both
for profit and not-for-profit organizations throughout her career. Tarneisha is actively involved in her community and volunteers her time to Tampa Bay Chamber Minority Business Accelerator (MBA) and Economic Inclusion Leadership Advisory Council Board, Urban League, NAACP and Men of Color in Educational Leadership (MCEL). Tarneisha holds a degree in Management from the University of Central Florida.
